وضعیت افسردگی و اضطراب در زوجهای نابارور ترکیه

مقدمه: ناباروری نه تنها یک مشکل پزشکی بلکه یک بحران روانپزشکی نیز می باشد. عوامل پیش بینی کننده عوارض روانی اجتماعی ناباروری ممکن است در مرد و زن و همچنین در جوامع مختلف متفاوت باشد.
هدف: هدف اولیه این مطالعه، بررسی این مسئله بود که آیا زوجهای نابارور در ترکیه دارای میزان بالاتری از افسردگی و اضطراب نسبت به زوجهای بارور می باشند یا خیر؟ هدف ثانویه نیز بررسی ارتباط بین مشخصات بیماران با میزان افسردگی و اضطراب بود.  
مواد و روش ها: این بررسی به صورت یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی بر روی 248 زن نابارور و 96 مرد نابارور و همچنین 51 زن و 40 مرد بارور دارای فرزند که هیچگونه عامل مختل کننده روانی دیگری نداشتند، انجام گردید. یک متخصص زنان و زایمان بیماران را از نظر خصوصیات کلی معاینه می کرد و سپس پرسشنامه Beck Depression Inventory و State-Trait Anxiety Inventory برای بیماران توسط یک روانشناس پر گردید. جهت مطالعات آماری از Chi-square و Mann–Whitney استفاده شد و 05/0>p از نظر آماری معنی دار در نظر گرفته شد.
نتایج: تفاوت های معنی دار بین زوج های نابارور و زوج های بارور از نظر اضطراب مشاهده شد در حالیکه این تفاوت در افسردگی در بین هر دو گروه چه زن و مرد مشاهده نگردید. همچنین اضطراب و افسردگی وابستگی به جنس افراد نداشت (0/213p=).
نتیجه گیری: ما بر این باوریم که رسیدگی روانی به زوجهای نابارور  باید متناسب با فرهنگ، مذهب و سطح اجتماعی آنها باشد.
