چکیده: (2900 مشاهده)
مقدمه: نازایی به عنوان تلخترین تجربه زندگی عملکرد جنسی را تحت تأثیر قرار میدهد. تعدادی از مطالعات اضطراب وافسردگی و عدم رضایتمندی زناشویی و اختلال عملکردجنسی را از پیامدهای روانشناختی نازایی معرفی میکنند. فاکتورهای زیادی از جمله حجم توده بدنی بر روی عملکرد جنسی زنان تأثیر دارد.
هدف: هدف از این مطالعه بررسی شیوع و اختلال عملکردجنسی زنان نابارور و ارتباط عملکرد جنسی با شاخص توده بدنی در زنان نابارور مراجعهکننده به کلینیک نازایی میباشد.
مواد و روشها: یک مطالعه مقطعی بین 502 زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به کلینیک هنری شهر جهرم بین آوریل تا دسامبر 2012 میباشد. زنان نابارور بر طبق وزن و شاخص توده بدنی به سه گروه :گروه یک 24/9-20=BMI و گروه دو 29/9-25=BMI وگروه سه 29≤BMI تقسیم شدند. برای بررسی عملکرد جنسی از پرسشنامه بینالمللی عملکرد جنسی زنان (FSFI) استفاده شد. دادهها به وسیله تستهای آماری t-test و ANOVA مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: میانگین سنی زنان 6/80±30/95 بود.نتایج نشان داد که 87/1% از زنان نابارور اختلال عملکرد جنسی داشتند و این اختلال عملکرد جنسی بین گروههای 1 و 2 و 3 به ترتیب 22/30، 31/47 و 45/23 درصد بود. نمره عملکرد جنسی در سه گروه زنان نابارور: گروه یک 1/70±21/65،گروه دو 1/52±18/08 و گروه سه 3/62±12/21 بود.که این اختلاف بین گروهها از نظر آماری معنیدار بود (0/001>p).
نتیجهگیری: شیوع اختلال عملکرد جنسی در زنان کاملا بالاست و این ممکن است به خاطر عدم آگاهی آنها از عملکرد جنسی و فقدان آموزش جنسی در جامعه ما باشد. بالابودن حجم توده بدنی میتواند بر نازایی تأثیر داشته باشد. همانطور که در این مطالعه دیده شد افزایش وزن و چاقی دارای تأثیر منفی روی عملکرد جنسی میباشد.
