مقدمه: اخیرا استفاده از فاکتور محرک کلونی گرانولوسیت (G-CSF) برای ارتقاء نتایج حاملگی توصیه شده است.
هدف: یک مرور سیستماتیک بر روی مقالات با موضوع استفاده از G-CSF در بیماران با مشکل حاملگی و حفظ آن.
مواد و روش ها: جستجو در دو پایگاه الکترونیکی  PubMed/ Medlineو Scopus  انجام شد. انتخاب نمونه، استخراج اطلاعات و بررسی کیفی در دو مرحله انجام گردید. موضوع های مورد بررسی شامل: فاکتور محرک کلونی گرانولوسیت، G-CSF، سقط مکرر، شکست IVF و اندومتریوم بود.
نتایج: جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی منجر به یافتن 215 مقاله شد (139 مقاله در Pubmed/ Medline و 76 مقاله در Scopus) که 38 مقاله در هر دو پایگاه اطلاعاتی مشترک بود. از 177 مقاله باقیمانده، هفت مطالعه در این تحقیق مروری وارد شدند.
نتیجه گیری: درمان با G-CSF یک پیشنهاد جدید برای درمان ایمنولوژی در بیماران با سقط عود کننده و اشکال در لانه گزینی به دنبال IVF می باشد. اگر چه مطالعات با طراحی مناسب برای این که این درمان تثبیت شود مورد نیاز است.
