مقدمه: پایبندی به رژیم درمانی در بیماران سندروم تخمدان پلیکیسیتک (PCOS) بهطور کامل مورد بررسی قرار نگرفته است. دورههای طولانی درمان و عوارض داروهای مصرفی بهعنوان شایعترین دلایل قطع درمان است. به منظور بهبود مدیریت موثر افراد مبتلا به PCOS، درک اساسی به درک عوامل بازدارنده و تسهیلکننده پایبندی به رژیم درمانی ضروری به نظر میرسد.
هدف: بررسی عوامل تسهیلکننده و بازدارنده مرتبط با پایبندی به رژیم درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به PCOS میباشد.
موارد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی با روش نمونهگیری هدفمنددر بیماران مبتلا به PCOS میباشد. اطلاعات از طریق بیست مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته زنان 21-34 ساله جمعآوری گردید. روش کیفی آنالیز محتوا جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
نتایج: پنج تم بیانگر عوامل متعدد تسهیلکننده و بازدارنده پایبندی به رژیم درمانی از دادهها استخراج گردید. عوامل بازدارنده شامل عوامل مرتبط با مسایل مالی، مرتبط با بیمار، مرتبط با بیماری، مرتبط با ارایهدهنده خدمات درمانی و عوامل بازدارنده تسهیلکننده اجتماعی بودند.
نتیجه گیری: یافتههای مطالعه حاضر مطرح میکند که پایبندی به رژیم درمانی در درمان بیماران مبتلا به PCOS بسیار به عوامل بازدارنده مالی، اجتماعی و مرتبط با مراقبت بهداشتی بستگی دارند. اطلاع از این عوامل بازدارنده جهت بهبود نتایج درمانی برای پزشکان و سیاستگزاران حوزه سلامت ضروری میباشد.
