مقدمه: اختلالات روانشناختی رایج در دوران بارداری می­تواند تأثیرات مضر آشکاری بر مادر و کودک داشته باشد.
هدف: هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر، بررسی شیوع اختلالات روانشناختی در زنان باردار سالم و پرخطر بود.
مواد و روش ­ها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر بر روی 400 زن باردار سالم و پرخطر مراجعه­کننده به بیمارستان افضلی­پور شهر کرمان در سال 97-96 انجام شد. همه زنان باردار به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع ­آوری داده­ها پرسشنامه SCL-90 (Symptom checklist) بود.
نتایج: میانگین سن زنان باردار 8/6 ± 1/29 سال بود. 6/7%، دیابت GDM، 9/%5 فشار خون بالا بارداری، 6/6%، سابقه IVF و 5/17%، سابقه یک نوبت سقط داشتند. 2/61 و 5/65 درصد زنان پرخطر، به ترتیب، افسردگی و اضطراب مرزی داشتند. میان زنان سالم و پر­خطر از لحاظ ابتلا به افسردگی (019/0 =p )، اضطراب (049/0 =p ) و پرخاشگری (013/0 =p )، اختلاف معنی­داری وجود داشت و فراوانی این متغیرها در زنان پرخطر بیشتر از زنان سالم بود.
نتیجه­ گیری: بروز اختلالات روانی در زنان باردار پرخطر در ابعاد افسردگی، پرخاشگری و اضطراب نسبت به گروه باردار سالم به­طور معنی­دار بالاتر بود. با توجه به شیوع بالای این اختلالات در زنان باردار پرخطر، ایجاد برنامه­های آموزشی در طی حاملگی برای زنان پر­خطر و اطرافیان آنها، انجام مشاوره­های روانشناختی، آموزش همسر و اطرافیان در جهت حمایت مادر و حفظ بهداشت روان در خانواده، شناسایی زنان پرخطر تحت استرس و آموزش چگونگی تعدیل و مقابله با استرس­های دوران بارداری از جمله مواردی است که باید در برنامه­های ارتقاء بهداشت روان زنان باردار پرخطر گنجانیده شود.
