مقدمه: پژوهش در سلامت باروری در نقطه مرکزی تحقیقات مرتبط به سلامت زنان قرار دارد. فراهم نمودن اطلاعات صحیح برای ارائه خدمات سلامت استاندارد با انجام پژوهش های علمی و نظارت شده میسر است. اما افزایش پژوهش ها در سلامت باروری در راستای معرفی فناوریهای مدرن در دنیا به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه، پژوهش های غیر اخلاقی، غیر قانونی و سوء استفاده گرایانه بر روی زنان را افزایش داده که این مسئله توجه ارائه کنندگان خدمات به مباحث اخلاقی را می طلبد.
هدف: طراحی یک راهنمای عملکرد اخلاقی در پژوهش های سلامت باروری.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه دلفی 45 نفراز متخصصین خبره در رشته های مختلف به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند مشارکت داشتند. گردآوری داده ها در دور اول دلفی با ارسال سوالات باز پاسخ با پست الکترونیکی و تحلیل پاسخ ها به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی قراردادی انجام شد. یافته ها با نتایج حاصل از بررسی متون علمی ادغام گردیده و در دور دوم دلفی اعتبار صوری و محتوایی آن محاسبه شد. سپس در دور سوم دلفی اجماع حاصل گردید.
نتایج: طبقات مستخرجه شامل 1) رعایت فرآیند پژوهش 2) حفظ حقوق مشارکت کنندگان 3) رضایت با واسطه 4) پژوهش حساس به جنسیت و 5) تعارض منافع بود.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه یک راهنمای اخلاقی کل نگر، جامع و عملکردی بر اساس بافت اجتماعی فرهنگی جامعه ایرانی برای همه کسانی که در پژوهش های زنان مشارکت دارند، فراهم آورده تا آنان را در مقابل پیگردهای قانونی محافظت نموده و از سوی دیگربه رعایت حقوق باروری زنان کمک نماید.
