مقدمه: ناباروری اولیه و ثانویه مواردی هستند که در اثر سل دستگاه ژنیتال ایجاد میشوند. اندومتریوزیس بهطور معمول باعث افزایش ریسک ناباروری در این بیماران میشود.
مورد: در این مقاله ما موردی نادر را گزارش کرده ایم که بیمار یک زن 30 ساله و دچار سل دستگاه ژنیتال و اندومتریوزیس بوده است و اثرات تحریک تخمدان بر فعال شدن پاتوژن مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
نتیجهگیری: اندومتریوز و سل لوله فالوپ و تخمدان بطور همزمان، مشابه این مورد ، ممکن است ویژگیهای بالینی و رادیولوژیک را تغییر دهد، که منجر به اشکال در تشخیص گردد. تشخیص زود هنگام با جراحی و درمان مناسب می تواند شانس لقاح را بهبود بخشد و همچنین به حداقل رسانیدن عوارض کمک میکند.
