مقدمه: شکست مکرر لانهگزینی یکی از مهمترین موضوعات در سیکلهای IVF است. بعضی از محققین اثرات سودمندی از خراش اندومتر را در زنان با شکست مکرر لانه گزینی یافتند، درحالیکه تعدادی از دانشمندان نتایج متضادی را نشان دادند.
هدف: مطالعه اخیر با هدف بررسی اثرتزریق داخل رحمی سالین به عنوان شکلی از خراش اندومتر، در روز 3 تا 5 تحریک در طی سیکلهای تازه لقاح داخل آزمایشگاهی- انتقال جنین، روی نتایج تولید مثلی بیماران با شکست مکرر لانه گزینی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه پایلوت آینده نگر تصادفی انجام شده در بیمارستان طالقانی از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهیدبهشتی تهران، بیماران تحت تکنولوژی کمک باروری به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تقسیم شدند که یا تحت خراش موضعی به اندومتر توسط تزریق داخل رحمی سالین در طول روز 3 تا 5 سیکل در پیش روی تحریک کنترل شده تخمدان قرار بگیرند، ویا پروتکل IVF بدون هیچ مداخله ای انجام شود.
نتایج: بیمارانیکه تزریق داخل رحمی سالن دریافت کرده بودند (20=n)، به طور معناداری میزان کمتر حاملگی بالینی (05/0˂p، %1/39 در برابر %3/5)، لانه گزینی (05/0˂p، %6/41 در برابر %7/4) و چندقلویی (05/0˂p، %13 در برابر %1/3) در مقایسه با گروه کنترل (39=n) داشتند. بهر حال، تفاوت معناداری در میزان سقط بین دو گروه وجود نداشت (403/0=p، %7/8 در برابر %4/9).
نتیجه گیری: وقتی تزریق داخل رحمی سالین به عنوان نوعی از خراش اندومتر در طول سیکل های در پیش روی IVF انجام میشود اثر منفی روی نتایج حاملگی در میان زنان با شکست مکررلانه گزینی دارد.
