en رابطه بین سبک های مقابله ای/دلبستگی با دیسترس نازایی در افراد نابارور ایرانی: یک مطالعه مقطعی Relationship between coping/attachment styles and infertility-specific distress in Iranian infertile individuals: A cross-sectional study Fertility & Infertility Original Article Original Article زمینه: ناباروری به عنوان یک موقعیت بالینی استرسآور شناسایی میشود و تشخیص آن میتواند تأثیرات زیادی بر عملکردهای هیجانی زوجین درگیر با این مشکل بر جای گذارد. هدف: بررسی ارتباط بین سبکهای دلبستگی / سبکهای مقابلهای زوجین نابارور با دیسترس نازایی در افراد شرکتکننده نابارور. مواد و روش ها: با روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 240 فرد نابارور (120 زن، 120 مرد) از مراجعین به مرکز ناباروری سرپایی در شهرستان ساری در فاصله بین مهر تا بهمن 1396 انتخاب شدند. دادهها با تکمیل پرسشنامههای عوامل جمعیتی و اجتماعی جمعآوری شدند. بعلاوه سبکهای مقابلهای و سبکهای دلبستگی به ترتیب با، پرسشنامه سبکهای مقابلهای لازاروس-فولکمن، پرسشنامه سبک دلبستگی کولینز و رید 1990 ارزیابی شدند. پرسشنامه دیسترس ناباروری هم برای سنجش دیسترس ناباروری بکار رفتند. نتایج: میانگین و انحراف معیار مقیاس دیسترس ناباروری (63/9 ± 53/42) بود. سبکهای دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن به ترتیب در 9/37% و 1/62%          آزمونشوندگان وجود داشت. تفاوت معنادار بین میزان دیسترس ناباروری بر حسب گروهای مختلف سبکهای دلبستگی (001/0 = p) و سبکهای مقابلهای هیجان مدار (021/0 =p ) وجود داشته است. به هر حال هیچ تفاوت معناداری بین دیسترس ناباروری با سبکهای مقابلهای مسئله مدار وجود نداشته است (985/0 = p). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی و/ مقابلهای با دیسترس نازایی، پیشنهاد میگردد روشهای اداره استرس و آموزشهای مقابلهای منطبق بر چارچوب تئوریهای دلبستگی/مقابلهای برای افراد نابارور بکار گرفته شود.   کلمات کلیدی: ناباروری، دلبستگی، مقابلهای، دیسترس. <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Infertility has been recognized as a stressful clinical condition, significantly affecting couples’ emotional functioning. Objective: To investigate the relationship between coping/attachment styles and infertility-specific distress (ISD) in infertile participants. Materials and Methods: Atotal number of 240 infertile participants (120 women and 120 men) who attend the Outpatient Infertility Clinic in Sari, Iran between February and October 2017 were selected using the convenience sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire addressing sociodemographic variables. In addition, coping and attachment styles were evaluated via the Coping Strategies Questionnaire and the Revised Adult Attachment Scale by Collins and Read (1990); respectively. Ultimately, the Infertility Distress Scale was used to assess ISD. Results: The mean ISD score was 42.53 ± 9.63. Secure and insecure attachment styles were observed in 37.9% and 62.1% of the cases, respectively. There was a significant difference among ISD and different groups of attachment styles (p = 0.001) and emotion-focused coping style (p = 0.021). However, no significant relationship was found between problem-focused coping style and ISD (p = 0.985). Conclusion: Considering the relationship between coping/attachment styles and ISD, it was recommended to implement stress prevention and coping education within the framework of coping/attachment theories for infertile individuals.  </div> ناباروری, دلبستگی, مقابلهای, دیسترس.
