en مقایسه سطح سرمی تری ایدوتیرونین (T3)، تیروکسین (T4)، و هورمون تحریک کننده تیروئید (TSH) در پره اکلامپسی و حاملگی طبیعی Comparison of serum levels of Tri?iodothyronine (T3), Thyroxine (T4), and Thyroid?Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy Original Article Original Article مقدمه: تغییرات فیزیولوژیک غده تیروئید در دوران بارداری به عنوان یکی از عوامل پاتوفیزیولوژیک پرهاکلامپسی مطرح شده است. هدف: هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه سطح سرمی هورمونهای TSH، FT4، FT3 در زنان مبتلا به پرهاکلامپسی و زنان حامله نرمال میباشد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی، 40 زن حامله نرمال و 40 زن مبتلا به پرهاکلامپسی در تریمستر سوم حاملگی مورد ارزیابی و سطح سرمی هورمونهای TSH، FT4، FT3 در آنها مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت. سپس اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و آزمونهای t-student،                     Chi-square، Independent sample T test و Bivariate correlation test آنالیز آماری شدند. 0/05≥p از نظر آماری معنیدار تلقی گردید. نتایج: میانگین سنی بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی داری نداشت (0/297=p). دو گروه نیز از نظر پاریته تفاوت معنیداری نداشتند (0/206=p). همچنین دو گروه زنان حامله نرمال و پرهاکلامپسی از نظر سطح هورمونها0/803=p، pg/ml 1/41 pg/ml Vs. 1/381) FT3، (0/384=p، pg/ml 0/96 pg/ml Vs. 0/95) FT4 و (0/386=p، μIU /ml 3/10 μIU/ml Vs. 3/51) TSH با هم متفاوت نبودند. نتیجه گیری: یافتههای مطالعه حاضر از این فرضیه که تغییر در سطح سرمی هورمونهای TSH، FT4، FT3 میتواند علت احتمالی پرهاکلامپسی باشد، حمایت نمیکند. Background: The physiological changes in thyroid gland during pregnancy have been suggested as one of the pathophysiologic causes of preeclampsia. Objective: The aim of this study was comparison of serum levels of Tri?iodothyronine (T3), Thyroxine (T4), and Thyroid?Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in preeclampsia and normal pregnancy. Materials and Methods: In this case?control study, 40 normal pregnant women and 40 cases of preeclampsia in third trimester of pregnancy were evaluated. They were compared for serum levels of Free T3 (FT3), Free T4 (FT4) and TSH. The data was analyzed by SPSS software with the use of t?student, Chi?square, Independent sample T-test and Bivariate correlation test. p?0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The mean age was not statistically different between two groups (p=0.297). No significant difference was observed in terms of parity between two groups (p=0.206). Normal pregnant women were not significantly different from preeclampsia cases in the view of FT3 level (1.38 pg/ml vs. 1.41 pg/ml, p=0.803), FT4 level (0.95 pg/ml vs. 0.96 pg/ml, p=0.834) and TSH level (3.51 ?IU/ml vs. 3.10 ?IU/ml, p=0.386). Conclusion: The findings of the present study do not support the hypothesis that changes in FT3, FT4 and TSH levels could be possible etiology of preeclampsia.
