en سطوح آنتی بادی ضد هاری در خانم های باردار و نوزادان آن ها بعد از دریافت پروفیلاکسی علیه هاری Original Article Original Article <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بیماری هاری یک عفونت کشنده بوده و پروفیلاکسی بعد از تماس با سرم و واکسن روش انتخابی پیشگیری از بیماری هاری است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">موارد:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> در اینجا ما سطح آنتی&shy;بادی ضدهاری را در سرم و خون بند ناف زنان بارداری که توسط حیوانات مشکوک گزیده شده بودند، بعد از تجویز سرم و واکسن ضدهاری گزارش نمودیم. بین سال&shy;های 1389-1386، تعداد شش نفر خانم باردار 35-22 ساله در بخش درمان و پیشگیری انستیتو پاستور ایران در تهران پذیرش شدند. دو نفر در سه ماهه اول، یک نفر سه ماهه دوم و سه نفر در سه ماهه سوم حاملگی بودند. فاصله گزیدگی تا زایمان 265-5 روز (متوسط 121 روز) بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> میزان سطح ایمونوگلوبولین مادر و نوزاد مساوی نبود، اما همه نوزادان سطح کافی ایمونوگلوبولین (0/05 واحد بین المللی در میلی لیتر) را داشتند به جز موردی که فاصله گزیدگی مادر تا زایمان تنها 5 روز بود که زمان برای ایمونیزاسیون کافی نمی &shy;باشد. </span></span> <strong>Background:</strong> Rabies is a fatal infectious disease and rabies post-exposure prophylaxis is the method of choice for prevention of human rabies.<br> <strong>Case series: </strong>We report rabies antibody levels in cord blood and also in serum of pregnant women who were bitten by suspected animals to rabies and were immunized by purified Vero cell rabies vaccine (PVRV) and Human Rabies immunoglobulin (HRIG) serum. During the years of 2007-2010, six pregnant women by the age range of 22-35 years were admitted in treatment and prevention of rabies center in Pasture institute of Iran, in Tehran. Among them two cases were at first trimester, one at second trimester and three at third trimester of conception.
