en ارتباط بین آنتی ژن سرطان 125 و پره اکلامپسی و وزن تخمینی جنین: یک مطالعه مورد-شاهدی The association among cancer-antigen-125 and pre-eclampsia and estimated fetal weight: A case-control study Reproductive Pattology Original Article Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: اگرچه مدل غربالگری بهینه برای پره‌اکلامپسی هنوز در حال بررسی است، پره‌اکلامپسی همچنان یکی از علل اصلی عوارض پری‌ناتال است. ارتباط آنتی‌ژن سرطان 125 (CA-125) و پره‌اکلامپسی اخیراً در چندین مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف: هدف از انجام مطالعه، بررسی ارتباط بین CA-125 و پرهاکلامپسی با وزن تخمینی جنین بود. مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه مورد-شاهدی بر روی 30 زن باردار مبتلا به پره‌اکلامپسی که از نظر سن، شاخص توده بدنی و سن حاملگی با 30 زن باردار طبیعی همگن شده بودند، انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان از طریق نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سطح CA-125 خون در زمان خاتمه بارداری با روش الایزا اندازه‌گیری شد. برای بررسی پروتئینوری از نمونه ادرار استفاده شد. فشار خون و پیامدهای بارداری توسط یک محقق ارزیابی و ثبت شد. نتایج: میانگین سطح سرمی CA-125 در گروه مبتلا به پرهاکلامپسی نسبت به گروه بدون پرهاکلامپسی به‌طور قابل‌ توجهی بیشتر بود (001/0 > p). در این مطالعه افزایش سطح CA-125 احتمال پرهاکلامپسی را 5/1 برابر افزایش داده است. همبستگی مستقیم معنی‌داری بین سطح CA-125 و مقدار پروتئین ادراری به‌دست آمد (001/0 > p، 605/0 = r). همچنین بین سطح CA-125 و وزن تخمینی جنین همبستگی معنیدار اما منفی به دست آمد (001/0 > p، 593/0- = r). نتیجه گیری: به نظر میرسد افزایش سطح سرمی CA-125 با حساسیت و ویژگی بالا به طور قابل توجهی با بروز پرهاکلامپسی و پیامدهای نامطلوب مرتبط است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background: Although an optimal screening model is still under investigation, pre-eclampsia is a leading cause of perinatal morbidity. The association between cancer-antigen-125 (CA-125) and pre-eclampsia has been discussed in several studies recently. Objective: We aimed to determine the association between CA-125 and preeclampsia and estimated fetal weight. Materials and Methods: This case-control study was performed on 30 pregnant women with pre-eclampsia who were homogenized in terms of age, body mass index, and gestational age with 30 normal pregnant women. Participants were recruited via convenience sampling. The level of CA-125 in blood at the time of termination of pregnancy was measured by <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK555922/" style="color:blue; text-decoration:underline">Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay</a>. The urine sample was used to check proteinuria. Blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes were assessed and recorded. Results: The mean serum CA-125 level in study group was considerably higher than control group (p < 0.001). Elevating the level of CA-125 has increased the likelihood of pre-eclampsia by 1.5 times. A significant direct correlation was obtained between CA-125 level and the amount of urinary protein (r = 0.605, p < 0.001). Also, significant but negative correlation was obtained between the CA-125 level and the estimated weight of the fetus (r = -0.593, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Increasing the serum level of CA-125 with high sensitivity and specificity is significantly associated with the occurrence of pre-eclampsia and estimated fetal weight.</div> CA-125, پره‌اکلامپسی, وزن تولد.
