en مروری بر ملاحظات اخلاقی تحقیقات سلول های بنیادی در ایران و توصیه های اخلاقی: یک مقاله مروری Original Article Original Article <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">انجام مطالعات با استفاده از سلول&shy;های بنیادی لازم است دستاوردهای ارزشمندی را برای جامعه در بر داشته باشد. تحقیقات سلول&shy;های بنیادی فرصت&shy;های مناسبی را برای دستیابی به پیشرفت&shy;های علمی و درمان&shy;های جدید فراهم نموده است اما با این وجود بعضی از مسائل اخلاقی لازم است به منظور اطمینان حاصل کردن از این که این مطالعات به روشی اخلاقی انجام می&shy;شوند، مورد توجه قرار بگیرند. هدف این مطالعه مروری بررسی اهمیت تحقیقات سلول&shy;های بنیادی، کدهای اخلاقی پژوهش بر سلول&shy;های بنیادی در ایران و ارائه توصیه&shy;های اخلاقیست. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نحوه استحصال سلول&shy;های بنیادی به منظور انجام تحقیقات از سلول&shy;های جنینی یا بالغ انسانی، ذخیره سازی، نگهداری و نحوه استفاده از آن&shy;ها از مهم&shy;ترین دغدغه&shy;های اخلاقی، قانونی و فقهی در ایران به شمار می&shy;آید. در استحصال سلول&shy;های بنیادی از سلول&shy;های بالغ انسانی مباحثی چون شبیه سازی انسانی، نقض شان انسانی، دستکاری&shy;های ژ</span>نتیکی و احتمال تومور زایی مطرح است. تخریب جنین به منظور ایجاد سلول&shy;های جنینی به منظور انجام تحقیقات نیز موضوع بسیار مهمی تلقی می&shy;شود. به منظور جلوگیری از تخریب جنین می&shy;توان از جنین&shy;های اهدایی مازاد بر درمان ناباروری بهره جست. راهکارهای اخلاقی، قانونی و فقهی ارائه شده در خصوص استفاده از سلول&shy;های بالغ نیز شامل تعیین حق مالکیت سلول&shy;های بنیادی، ممنوعیت تجارت بدن انسان، نظارت بر زیست بانک&shy;ها و تشکیل کمیته نظارت بر تحقیقات سلول&shy;های بنیادیست. سایر توصیه&shy;های ارائه شده در خصوص حل مسائل اخلاقی این مطالعات در ایران شامل طراحی مناسب تحقیقات سلول&shy;های بنیادی، رعایت کدهای ملی اخلاق در پژوهش در مطالعات زیست پزشکی (کدهای اختصاصی پژوهش بر سلول&shy;های بنیادی، کدهای اختصاصی کارآزمایی بالینی و کدهای اختصاصی پژوهش بر حیوانات)، همکاری مناسب با کمیته&shy;های اخلاق و رعایت حقوق شرکت&shy;کنندگان در پژوهش اعم از انسان و حیوان می&shy;باشد. علاوه بر این توسعه شبکه جهانی اخلاق زیست پزشکی به منظور تقویت ارتباطات سازمانی در سطوح منطقه&shy;ای و بین المللی، ارتقاء نظام قانون گذاری و طراحی و اجرای برنامه&shy;های همکاری در جهت آموزش در سطوح مختلف پیشنهاد می&shy;شود.</span> Conducting research on the stem cell lines might bring some worthy good to public.Human Stem Cells (hSCs) research has provided opportunities for scientificprogresses and new therapies, but some complex ethical matters should be noticed toensure that stem cell research is carried out in an ethically appropriate manner. Theaim of this review article is to discuss the importance of stem cell research, code ofethics for stem cell research in Iran and ethical recommendation. Generation of stemcells for research from human embryo or adult stem cells, saving, maintenance andusing of them are the main ethical, legal and jurisprudence concerns in Iran.Concerns regarding human reproduction or human cloning, breach of humandignity, genetic manipulation and probability of tumorogenisity are observed inadult/somatic stem cells. Destruction of embryo to generate stem cell is an importantmatter in Iran. In this regards, obtaining stem cell from donated frozen embryosthrough infertility treatment that would be discarded is an acceptable solution in Iranfor generation of embryo for research. Ethical , legal, and jurisprudence strategiesfor using of adult/somatic stem cells are determination of ownership of stem cells,trade prohibition of human body, supervision on bio banks and information ofOversight Committee on Stem Cell Research. Recommendations to handle ethicalissues for conducting stem cell research are well-designed studies, compliance codesof ethics in biomedical research (specifically codes of ethics on stem cell research,codes of ethics on clinical trials studies and codes of ethics on animals studies),appropriate collaboration with ethics committees and respecting of rights ofparticipants (including both of human and animal rights) in research.
