مقدمه: مارکرهای بیوشیمیایی شامل اینترلوکین­ها برای تشخیص زودهنگام آسفیکسی مطرح شده است.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف مرور سیستماتیک تشخیص آسفیکسی پری ناتال با اینترلوکین­ها صورت گرفت.
موارد و روش­ها: جهت انجام این مطالعه پایگاه­های اطلاعاتی شامل PubMed، Cochrane Library، ISI، Embase و Google Scholar تا سال 2017 مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. کلید واژه­های مورد جستجو عبارت بودند از: آسفیکسی، نوزادان، اینترلوکین و تشخیص بود. از 300 مقاله جستجو شده، نهایتاً 13 مقاله آینده­نگر تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند. اینترلوکین­های مورد بررسی شامل IL6 و IL-1β بودند. اینترلوکین­ها در 10 نمونه سرمی، دو نمونه مایع مغزی- نخاعی و یک نمونه خون بندناف سنجش شده بود. شرایط ورود مطالعات عبارت بودند از: انجام مطالعه روی نوزادان؛ وجود اطلاعات کافی از نتایج آزمایشات. مقالاتی که از مارکرهای دیگر به جزء اینترلوکین­ها جهت تشخیص آسفیکسی استفاده کرده بودند و مقالاتی که تنها چکیده آنها در دسترس بود از مطالعه حذف شدند.
نتایج: از مقالات موجود چنین بر می­آید که  Pg/dl 41، حساسیت (88/84%) و ویژگی (43/85%) و Pg/dl < IL-1ß 7/4 حساسیت (78%) و ویژگی (83%) را در تشخیص آسفیکسی نوزادی دارد. در بین اینترلوکین­های تشخیصی برای آسفیکسی نوزادی، ترکیب IL6 و IL-1ß، بالاترین میانگین حساسیت (9/92%) را داشته است .
نتیجه­ گیری: IL6 و IL-1β سرمی، در شناسایی زودهنگام آسفیکسی پری ناتال بکار رفته و پیشگویی­کننده مفیدی برای پیامدهای آسفیکسی پری ناتال و شدت آن است. همچنین ارزیابی همزمان IL-1β و IL6 می­تواند حساسیت تشخیص زودهنگام آسفیکسی پری ناتال را بهبود بخشد.
