مقدمه: سلیاک (آنتروپاتی حساس به گلوتن)، یک بیماری خود ایمنی و ارثی است و عدم تحمل به گلوتن علت مهم پاتولوژی این بیماری می باشد. علامت و نشانه های بالینی سلیاک از یک بیماری خاموش (بدون علامت بالینی) تا یک اختلال معده ای- روده ای متغیر است.
هدف: در این گزارش ما در مورد بعضی از یافته های مربوط به این بیماری و ناباروری مرتبط با آن به طور خلاصه بحث کرده ایم. 
مورد: این گزارش مربوط به یک زن 26 ساله ای است که از 2 سال پیش به علت ناباروری به متخصص زنان مراجعه کرده است و بعد از مدتی بیماری سلیاک وی تأیید شد. 
نتیجه گیری: غربالگری برای بیماران با سلیاک خاموش مخصوصاً در موارد مشکوک از قبیل ناباروری هایی که علتی برای آن وجود ندارد، از نظر اقتصادی امری ارزشمند می­باشد، زیرا در این موارد افراد با دریافت رژیم فاقد گلوتن درمان می­شوند.
