بررسی راهبردهای مقابلهای و افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در زنان نابارور: یک مطالعه مقطعی. International Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine. 1404; 24 (3) :231-244

مقدمه: ارزیابی سطوح افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس (نشانگان روانشناختی) در زنان مبتلا به ناباروری و راهبردهای مقابلهای (هیجانمدار، مسئلهمدار و اجتنابی) در آنان، میتواند به ارتقای سلامت روان آنها کمک کند.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مکانیسمهای مقابلهای و نشانگان روانشناختی در زنان مبتلا به ناباروری انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این پژوهش مقطعی، ۳۸۶ زن نابارور مراجعه کننده به مرکز ناباروری رویش بیرجند، پرسشنامههای مقابله با موقعیتهای استرسزا (CISS) و مقیاس افسردگی، اضطراب و تنیدگی (DASS_21) را تکمیل نمودند.
نتایج: حدود ۴۳% شرکتکنندگان سطوح طبیعی افسردگی، ۴۰% سطوح طبیعی اضطراب و ۴۶% سطوح طبیعی استرس داشتند. میانگین نمرات مقابلههای مسئلهمحور (36/11 ± 83/46)، اجتنابی (56/9 ± 49/41) و هیجانمحور (29/11 ± 11/40) بود. استفاده بیشتر از مقابله مسئلهمحور با کاهش معنادار افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس همراه بود (01/0 > p). مقابله هیجانمحور با افزایش افسردگی و اضطراب، اما کاهش استرس مرتبط بود (001/0 > p). درآمد خانوار رابطه مثبت و معنیداری با نمرات افسردگی و استرس نشان داد (05/0 > p).
نتیجه گیری: مقابله مسئلهمحور بهطور مؤثر افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس را در زنان نابارور کاهش میدهد، درحالیکه مقابله هیجانمحور افسردگی و اضطراب را تشدید اما استرس را تسکین میدهد. بهرهگیری هدفمند از این راهبردها میتواند مدیریت علائم روانشناختی را بهبود بخشد. متخصصان بهداشت میتوانند رویکرد مسئلهمحور را برای حمایت بلندمدت و هیجانمحور را برای تسکین کوتاهمدت به کار گیرند.
