تأثیر رایجه درمانی استنشاقی با اسانس بادرنجبویه بر استرس درک شده در زنان نابارور تحت درمان با لقاح آزمایشگاهی: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی‌سازی شده. International Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine. 1404; 23 (7) :577-586

مقدمه: بیماران تحت درمان از طریق لقاح آزمایشگاه (IVF) اغلب استرس زیادی را در چرخههای درمان تجربه می‌کنند. یکی از مداخلات در زمینه کاهش استرس، رایحه درمانی است. بادرنجبویه یک گیاه با اثر ضد استرس و ضد افسردگی مطرح است، لکن اثر آن بر استرس درک‌شده زنان نابارور بررسی نشده است.
هدف: تعیین تأثیر رایحه درمانی استنشاقی با اسانس بادرنجبویه بر استرس درک شده در زنان نابارور تحت درمان با لقاح آزمایشگاهی.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. تعداد 86 نفر زن نابارور مراجعهکننده به مرکز ناباروری میلاد در بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) در شهر مشهد، به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس از تیر تا مهر 1403 انتخاب و به روش بلوک تصادفی چهارتایی به 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه مداخله به مدت 2 هفته رایحه درمانی استنشاقی با اسانس بادرنجبویه، در 2 نوبت صبح و شب دریافت کردند. گروه کنترل نیز دارونما را دریافت کردند. ابزار پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه استرس ناباروری نیوتون (FPI) بود. سطح استرس شرکت‌کنندگان با پرسشنامه استرس ناباروری نیوتون اندازه‌گیری شد و هر 2 گروه، پرسشنامه‌ها را قبل از انجام مداخله و پس از اتمام مداخله، تکمیل کردند.
نتایج: قبل از مداخله، متغیر استرس درک‌شده، در 2 گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (112/0 = p) اما بعد از مداخله بین هر 2 گروه اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت (001/0 > p).
نتیجه گیری: تأثیر رایحه‌درمانی با اسانس بادرنجبویه استرس درک‌شده در زنان نابارور تحت درمان با لقاح آزمایشگاهی را کاهش میدهد.
