عوامل تعیینکننده فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تکفرزندی و بیفرزندی اختیاری در زوجین شهر بابل: یک مطالعه مقطعی. International Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine. 1404; 24 (2) :145-156

مقدمه: در دهههای اخیر، نرخ باروری در سطح جهان کاهش یافته و تکفرزندی و بیفرزندی اختیاری (VSCC) به یک چالش اجتماعی و سیاستی مهم تبدیل شده است.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی عوامل فردی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی مؤثر بر تمایل زوجهای متأهل به تکفرزندی و بیفرزندی اختیاری در شهر بابل، واقع در شمال ایران انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، ۴۵۲ زوج متأهل (زنان 49-18 سال و مردان 55-18 سال) از شهر بابل، با استفاده از روشهای نمونهگیری در دسترس و گلولهبرفی بین ماههای آبان تا اسفند 1403 انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه معتبر ۲۲ سؤالی «عوامل مؤثر بر گرایش به تکفرزندی و بیفرزندی داوطلبانه (QFT-VSCC)» جمعآوری گردید. شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامه را بهصورت آنلاین و از طریق پلتفرمهای واتساپ و تلگرام تکمیل کردند.
نتایج: میانگین نمره گرایش به VSCC، 8/11 ± 0/43 بود. در میان پنج حیطه مورد بررسی، بیشترین میانگین نمرات مربوط به «احساس ناامنی شغلی و اجتماعی برای فرزند» (6/17 ± 4/63) و «بستر خانوادگی نامناسب برای فرزندآوری» (9/11 ± 1/49) مشاهده شد، در حالی که کمترین میانگین مربوط به «الگوپذیری برای فرزندگریزی» (4/19 ± 6/30) بود. زنان در مقایسه با مردان تمایل به طور معناداری بیشتری به VSCC نشان دادند (001/0 > p، 2/10 ± 2/40 در مقابل 2/12 ± 0/44).
نتیجه گیری: در مناطق شهری بابل، نگرانی در مورد ایجاد تعادل بین فرزندپروری و آرمانهای تحصیلی و شغلی، در کنار نگرانیها در مورد امنیت آینده فرزندان، از محرکهای اصلی گرایش به تکفرزندی و بیفرزندی داوطلبانه، بهویژه در میان زنان و زوجهای جوانتر است. برای حمایت از تصمیمگیری آگاهانه در زمینه باروری، مداخلات سیاستی باید ارائه مراقبتهای مقرونبهصرفه و باکیفیت از کودک، ایجاد مسیرهای تحصیلی و شغلی منعطف، حمایت از والدگری مبتنی بر عدالت جنسیتی و برنامههای مشاورهای زوجمحور را در اولویت قرار دهند.
