مقدمه: معنویت در حال حاضر یکی از محورهای اصلی مراقبت‌های سلامت محسوب می‌شود. با توجه به فقدان مرورهای سیستماتیک در مورد چگونگی ارتباط سلامت معنوی با وضعیت سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی در بین زنان نابارور، این مطالعه مرور سیستماتیک انجام شد.
هدف: بررسی رابطه سلامت معنوی با وضعیت سلامت روان و کیفیت زندگی در زنان نابارور.
مواد و روش‌ها: این مرور سیستماتیک مطابق با دستورالعمل‌های PRISMA و MOOSE انجام شد. پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی آنلاین شامل PubMed، Cochrane Library، Web of Science (ISI) و PsycInfo به‌صورت سیستماتیک جستجو شدند و موتور جستجوی Google Scholar نیز به‌صورت دستی بررسی گردید. جستجو توسط دو بازنگر مستقل و بدون محدودیت زمانی تا تیر 1404 به‌طور همزمان به زبان‌های فارسی و انگلیسی انجام شد. کیفیت مطالعات مقطعی وارد شده با استفاده از مقیاس نیوکاسل-اتاوا (NOS) با حداکثر امتیاز 7 ارزیابی شد. مطالعات واجد شرایط بررسی شدند و داده‌های استخراج‌شده به صورت روایتی ترکیب شدند.
نتایج: از میان 275 مقاله شناسایی‌شده، 19 مقاله از نظر واجد‌الشرایط بودن بررسی شدند و در نهایت 10 مطالعه مقطعی با مجموع 1852 شرکت‌کننده معیارهای ورود به این مرور سیستماتیک را داشتند. اکثر مطالعات شامل امتیاز کمتر از ۵ بودند که نشان­دهنده کیفیت روش‌شناختی پایین است. نتایج نشان داد که سلامت معنوی بالاتر با سطوح پایین‌تر استرس، اضطراب و افسردگی مرتبط است. با این حال، در مورد کیفیت زندگی، نتایج متناقض بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: سلامت معنوی با کاهش پریشانی روانی در زنان نابارور مرتبط است. با این حال، با توجه به تعداد محدود و کیفیت پایین مطالعات موجود، یافته‌ها باید با احتیاط تفسیر شوند و بر نیاز به تحقیقات بیشتر با طرح‌های قوی‌تر تأکید شود.
