ارزیابی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با باروری و پریشانی روانشناختی در زنان نابارور: یک مطالعه مقطعی. International Journal of Reproductive BioMedicine. 1405; 24 (8) :675-686

مقدمه: ناباروری با کاهش کیفیت زندگی و افزایش پریشانی روانشناختی همراه است؛ با این حال، رابطه بین این دو در زنان ناباروری که هنوز درمان ناباروری را آغاز نکردهاند، بهطور کافی بررسی نشده است.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ارتباط بین کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با باروری (FertiQoL) و پریشانی روانشناختی در زنان نابارور، انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 350 زن نابارور که بین اکتبر 2023 تا ژوئن 2024 به مرکز ناباروری فاطمه زهرا (س) بابل، ایران، مراجعه کرده بودند، وارد مطالعه شدند. پیش از آغاز درمان ناباروری، شرکتکنندگان پرسشنامه FertiQoL و پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی 28 سؤالی (GHQ-28) را تکمیل کردند. پیامد اصلی مطالعه، کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با باروری بود که با استفاده از نمره کل FertiQoL اندازهگیری شد. همچنین، ارتباط بین FertiQoL و ویژگیهای روانشناختی، جمعیتشناختی و مرتبط با ناباروری بررسی شد.
نتایج: میانگین سن شرکتکنندگان 2/7 ± 7/35 سال بود. میانگین نمره کل FertiQoL برابر با 9/3 ± 4/53 بود؛ بهطوریکه بالاترین میانگین مربوط به حیطه هیجانی (4/11 ± 8/63) و پایینترین میانگین مربوط به حیطه روابط (4/12 ± 6/41) بود. میانگین نمره کل GHQ-28 برابر با 2/9 ± 4/53 بود و 0/22% از زنان از آستانه بالینی پریشانی روانشناختی فراتر بودند. نمره کل GHQ-28 با نمره کل FertiQoL همبستگی مثبت و معناداری داشت (001/0 > p، 290/0= r). در تحلیل چندمتغیره، نمره GHQ-28 تنها پیشبینیکننده معنادار FertiQoL بود (001/0 > p، 287/0 = β) و 1/10% از واریانس نمرات FertiQoL را تبیین کرد.
نتیجه گیری: پریشانی روانشناختی با FertiQoL در زنان نابارور ارتباط معناداری داشت. برخلاف انتظار، نمرات بالاتر GHQ-28 با نمرات بالاتر FertiQoL همراه بود. با توجه به ماهیت مقطعی مطالعه، دلایل این یافته هنوز روشن نیست و بررسی آن در مطالعات طولی و در جمعیتهای با زمینههای فرهنگی متفاوت ضروری است.
