مقدمه: ناباروری زندگی جنسی زوجین نابارور بخصوص زنان نابارور را با چالش بزرگی همراه می کند. هنگامی که بارداری اتفاق نمی افتد، زن نابارور فکر می کنند که مقاربت جنسی ثمربخش نبوده و میل جنسی تدریجا کاهش می یابد. این زنان نابارور به تدریج فراموش می کنند که رابطه جنسی پاسخ به نیاز طبیعی آنهاست.
هدف: این مطالعه کیفی برای کشف پیامدهای ناباروری بر رفتار جنسی زنان نابارور انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: این یک مطالعه کیفی، مبتنی بر رویکرد تحلیل محتوا و بخشی از یک مطالعه گسترده با رویکرد ترکیبی متوالی بود که از آگوست 2014 تا فوریه 2015 به طول انجامید. نمونه گیری هدفمند از زنان نابارور که به مرکز تحقیقاتی درمانی یزد مراجعه کرده بودند صورت گرفت. روش جمع آوری داده ها در این تحقیق، شامل مصاحبه عمق نیمه ساختار یافته به روش چهره به چهره و یادداشت ها ی در عرصه بود. برای دقت و استحکام داده ها معیارهای اعتبار پذیری، انتقال پذیری، تایید پذیری و ثبات و اطمینان مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.
نتایج: در مجموع 15 زن نابارور و 8 مطلع کلیدی مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در مورد تاثیر ناباروری بر رفتار جنسی زنان در چهار طبقه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت: 1. تاثیر داروهای ناباروری بر رفتار جنسی زن و شوهر. 2. تاثیر روش های کمک باروری بر رفتار جنسی زنان. 3. نزدیکی زمان بندی شده در جریان ناباروری 4. تاثیرات روانی ناشی از ناباروری بر رفتار جنسی.
نتیجه گیری: برخی از زنان نابارور می توانستند با مشکلات خود کنار بیایند، اما برخی از آنها بشدت تحت تاثیر داروهای ناباروری و روش های کمک باروری قرار می گرفتند. مشاوره روانی-جنسی قبل از درمان های پزشکی می تواند به آنها در داشتن زندگی جنسی بهتر کمک کند.
