مقدمه: ناباروری از بیماریهایی است که منجر به عملکرد غیرطبیعی سیستم تولیدمثل میشود. برنامهریزی تحقیقاتی منظم در هر موضوع، از جمله ناباروری، نیازمند اطلاعات جامعی در مورد تلاشهای قبلی در این حوزه و شناسایی شکاف در پژوهش است.
هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ساختار موضوعی مقالات مرتبط با حوزه ناباروری است.
موارد و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی با رویکرد علمسنجی، با جستجوی عبارت «Infertility»، تمام مقالات حوزه ناباروری طی سال‌های 2015-2011 از وبگاه PubMed استخراج شدند. پارامترهای خاص از PubMed بازیابی شد. تجزیه و تحلیل مقالات مربوط به ناباروری با توجه به نام مجله، موضوعات، کشورها و با استفاده از نرم افزار Net draw، Ucinet،Ravar PreMap مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. همچنین مهمترین موضوعات با استفاده از شاخصهای تحلیل شبکه، مرکزیت نزدیکی، مرکزیت بینابینی تحلیل شد.
نتایج: رشد تولیدات علمی در حوزه ناباروری در بازه زمانی پژوهش سیر صعودی دارد بیشترین تولیدات علمی به ترتیب کشورهای ایالت متحده آمریکا، انگلیس، هلند، چین، آلمان تعلق داشت. که با توجه به شاخصهای مرکزیت، مفاهیمی از قبیل: adverse effects, fertilization in vitro, spermatozoa, pregnancy rate و treatment outcome از پرکاربردترین موضوعات این حوزه به شمار می‌روند.
نتیجه گیری: تحلیل محتوا میتواند از موضوعات پژوهشی، اصطلاحات مهم و رابطه بین آنها، تحلیل قابل قبولی ارائه دهد. همچنین کاربران و سیاستگذاران بهتر میتوانند از وضعیت پژوهشی این رشته آگاهی یابند و برنامهریزی مناسب به منظور افزایش کمی و کیفی تولیدات علمی داشته باشند.
