ما جایگاه‌های پلی‌مورفیک ژن‌های متالوپروتئیناز: rs1799750 of MMP-1, rs243865 of MMP-2, rs3025058 of MMP-3, rs11568819 of MMP-7, rs17577 of MMP-9 را بررسی کردیم .
نتایج: مشخص شد که واریانت آللی T rs243865 از ژن MMP-2 با به وجود آمدن FGR تحت مدل‌های آللی (016/0ppm = ،24/08-2/1 :95% فاصله اطمینان [CI] ،56/1 = نسبت شانس [OR])، افزایشی (015/0 = ppm ،18/07-2/1 :CI 95%،53/1 = OR) و غالب (027/0 = ppm ،50/03-2/1 :CI 95%،61/1 = OR) مرتبط است.
